You cannot see the characters correctly on our Japanese pages?

Adjust Your Browser: View / Code: "japanese Shift-JIS", and click "actualize". If that does not work:

• Windows Users
  • Windows 95 and NT users will need Japanese language support (e.g., UnionWay or AsiaSurf) and a browser that supports Japanese (e.g., Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  • Windows 3.1 users will need Japanese language support (e.g., UnionWay) and a browser that supports Japanese (e.g., Netscape Communicator or Microsoft Internet Explorer).

• Macintosh users (running System 7.1 or later) need to load the Japanese Language Kit (available through most Apple resellers) as well as a browser that supports Japanese (e.g., Netscape Communicator).

If You can see the Japanese fonts, but have difficulties to print the pages:

1. You can click here for a printable pdf file of our Japanese site. Please adjust Your printer to print it in black and white only.

For viewing .pdf-Files You need the free program "Adobe Acrobat Reader".

2. You may check, if Your printer can be adjusted to get the fonts from Your computer as images instead of "fonts-download". That should work with the web pages itself too.

3. Otherwise You may search in the web for a better driver for Your printer. Many printer drivers can handle Japanese fonts automatically.
